Il supporto è erogato tramite sistema telefonico (inbound e outbound) e comunicazioni email. In particolare dovrà: - Fornire supporto a clienti e fornitori durante le varie fasi del processo di prequalifica e negoziale sulle piattaforme tecnologiche in uso - Formare e supportare clienti e fornitori nell'utilizzo della suite tecnologica dedicata alla gestione della supply chain lungo tutto il processo e le diverse fasi del ciclo passivo - Mantenere costantemente aggiornati i report interni e documentazione operazionale fondamentali al fine di garantire l’efficacia e la qualità dei processi e del lavoro svolto. Your main responsibilities will be: Pursue market segment sales growth. Keep relationship with customers; constantly monitor the market, the specific industry, competitors and products; identify and exploit opportunities Support the Sales & Marketing Director in defining the overall sales strategies and profit targets. Ensure the achievement of the assigned targets as well as implementation of key account plans and pricing, in strict coordination with Sales Marketing Director.
