È importante che una tecnica di difesa entri nella memoria fisica di chi la esegue, cioè deve essere eseguita spontaneamente; la tecnica non deve essere pensata, deve essere eseguita e basta, come se il corpo reagisse per istinto. Non esiste una tecnica in assoluto più efficace di altre, ma esiste una linea guida da seguire affinché la tecnica utilizzata lo possa diventare.
