Inoltre la risorsa dovrà elaborare il bilancio civilistico e consolidato e garantire il corretto assolvimento degli adempimenti civilistici; verificare la corretta e regolare tenuta dei libri contabili e fiscali, infine dovrà gestire delle relazioni con i consulenti esterni e con gli organi di controllo interni ed esterni.
