Europa CEPT (Conférence Européenne des Administrations des Postes et des Télécommunications) : collezione completa fogli marca SAFE versione "dual". Trattasi di un numero complessivo di ben 168(!!) della nota ed apprezzata marca tedesca SAFE, leader a livello mondiale nel settore dell'archiviazione filatelica e collezionistica, i cui prodotti sono da sempre sinonimo di qualità e robustezza. Si ricorda che la SAFE adotta un apprezzatissimo sistema di archiviazione, rappresentato da un foglio plastificato trasparente (nel quale vengono archiviati i fbolli), aderente al sottostante classico foglio in cartoncino, che permette l'immediata visione del retro dei fbolli, senza doverli estrarre ogni volta dalla rispettiva taschina [vedi foto esplicativa].
