This oven will heat up to 400c within the hour and will happily 3 - 4 pizza at a time and approx 90 pizza an hour. Once the fire has been removed it will retain c for at least 3 hours ideal for baking bread. The oven will slowly cool which is then ideal for slow cooking a stew. This is my large oven and is used a lot for mobile units and on trailers as well as in gardens! The cooking area is 90cm Diameter. Overall dimensions 55cm high x 110cm wide and 110cm long the oven weighs about 250kg. My stone wood fired ovens are made to order and take about 4 weeks and come with a small chimney with matching rain cap, steel door and handle.
