Fender Stratocaster, original pre-CBS
This Fender Stratocaster dates from , or early latest, and has been a one-owner guitar since the mid 70s Despite the original appearance, this actually has a very old (probably s) refinish to both neck and body. There are no markings to identify it as a factory refin, but it is certainly good as. This guitar is still as purchased by the last owner circa other than the following two recent changes: The original tuners had been replaced with a set of Schallers. I have replaced these with a good set of original single-line Klusons. Luckily the Klusons conceal the added fixing holes for the Schallers, but there is still an impression from the washers on the front of the headstock. A superfluous added string tree has been removed, leaving a small hole in the front of the headstock. Otherwise this Strat is substantially original and in great playing condition, but with this kind of guitar I guess you need a lot more detail than that. So having checked it out pretty thoroughly, I'll go through all the "guitarchaeology" bit by bit. BODY This is a good honest body with no added holes or routs at all. The refinish is a 2-colour sunburst (possibly attempting to match the original as early 3-colour bursts tended to fade very quickly to 2-colour). As the pics show, there is an area of wear through the finish on the rear of the body, surrounded by various scratch marks and buckle rash (lesson learned - when playing a valuable guitar, don't wear chainmail!). But other than lacquer cracking over the entire surface, the rest is pretty clean with only minimal dings etc. The nail holes are pretty well obscured by the refin and I've only managed to positively locate 2 of them at all, but the two dowels in the rear (probably the most reliable indicator of originality) are easily findable if you know where to look. NECK The refinished neck is in excellent near ding-free condition and feels nicely played in, though not yet worn through the lacquer. I believe

Bb90 Wood Fired Oven Wood fired pizza oven, designed and hand Made in Somerset. An insulated stone wood fired oven with stainless steel outer shell, designed and made to be compact and ready to use. Once the fire has been removed it will retain c for at least 3 hours ideal for baking bread. The oven will slowly cool which is then ideal for slow cooking a stew. MACCHIA è stata trovata mesi fa insieme ai fratellini. Erano minuscoli e bellissimi: sono tutti stati adottati alla velocità della luce! Macchia è stata la più sfortunata perchè, durante la crescita, ha avuto qualche episodio di epilessia. Prima una piccola crisi, poi una seconda... I volontari si sono allarmati e hanno fatto tutti gli esami possibili per andare a fondo della cosa. Dopo qualche crisi ravvicinata, in un momento in cui si stava ancora indagando sulla sua condizione clinica, Macchia è peggiorata precipitosamente, tanto che si è iniziato a pensare di doverla addormentare per sempre. Un corpicino di 3 kg attaccato alle flebo e sotto le lampade riscaldanti ha lottato per la vita per giorni, tenendo i volontari con il fiato sospeso... I risultati, nel frattempo, erano tutti negativi: è stato anche fatto un prelievo del liquor per indagare su malattie genetiche ma nulla, gli esiti non hanno mai dato una risposta esatta. Macchia è rimasta sospesa per giorni tra la vita e la morte ma la sua voglia di vivere ha vinto su tutto e, proprio quando si pensava di doverla salutare, ha tirato fuori una grinta da vera scugnizza e si è salvata! Macchia ora ha 5/6 mesi, non prende alcun farmaco e non ha avuto più crisi. è in stallo da una volontaria ovviamente al caldo e protetta. Finora Macchia non è stata messa in appello perchè reputavamo che la sua situazione clinica fosse troppo delicata, ma ora sta bene e pensiamo sia giunto il momento per lei di trovare una famiglia! Ovviamente per Macchia cerchiamo una sistemazione casalinga e tranquilla: non possiamo assicurare che le crisi non torneranno più, ma non possiamo nemmeno penalizzarla e non tentare di trovarle una casa per paura che succeda di nuovo... Ci sono tantissimi cani epilettici che conducono una vita normale quindi, se le crisi dovessero ripresentarsi, siamo sicuri che la sua famiglia, consapevole del suo passato, le assicurerà le giuste visite e cure. Abbiamo conservato la cartella clinica completa di Macchia e daremo tutte le informazioni necessarie alla famiglia che l'adotterà. Macchia è buonissima con persone, cani e gatti.
