Location:  Gibraltar Contract type:  Full time We are looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager  to be a key driver for our strategic and tactical projects. This role is responsible for managing business and development projects by ensuring excellent planning, communication and professional relationships within a rapid and agile delivery environment. The role: The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to be innovative in the scoping, definition, management and implementation of our projects. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a leading online business and take an active role in its expansion. The successful candidate must have a demonstrable track record of project management and show leadership, management, and business analysis skills. You will be a self-starter, lateral thinker and someone who rises to challenges whilst working in a high paced and dynamic business. This experience, coupled with your attention to detail will enable you to: Define project management methodologies to ensure quality and consistency of project delivery Co-ordinate the project team with the authority and responsibility for running projects on a day-to-day basis Develop and maintain project plans Identify, manage and plan for project risks including contingency Assist in the definition of appropriate technologies required to deliver the service Work closely with product and other teams to ensure quality, effective and timely delivery Define, schedule and execute formal meetings Provide regular reporting and communication to stakeholders Champion and drive standards to improve successful first-time product acceptance Manage project budget and support the financial targets of the business by managing operational costs Excellent and demonstrable project management skills (within a high technology environment) A strong history of delivering small and regular projects to a large-scale internet business Experience of working within both Agile & Waterfall project management methodology Online experience essential ideally gained within the online gaming industry or understanding of the gaming landscape Ability to work effectively as part of both small teams and larger formal groups Experience of managing projects within a high change, highly matrixed business where active prioritization is required at all times Strong IT skills with the ability to quickly learn Detail focused but able to see the âbig pictureâ and maintain progress The Person: Strong work ethic: Understand ethical behaviour and business practices, behave consistently with these standards and aligns with the values of the organization Communication skills: Speak, listen and write in a clear, thorough and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques within the team, internal and external stakeholders.
