Concerto "Suoni dal Passato, due pianoforti storici sul palc
Venerdi' 8 gennaio, alle ore 21, al Teatro alla Pergola a Firenze si terrà un concerto dal titolo "Suoni dal Passato, due pianoforti storici sul palco della Pergola": un programma pianistico su due meravigliosi strumenti storici – il Grancoda Steinway di Amburgo del appartenuto alla Accademia Chigiana di Siena, ed il Grancoda Steinway di New York del di Villa Schifanoia a Firenze, sul quale per anni diede lezione Rio Nardi, celebre concertista e insegnante. Il concerto avrà inizio con un'interpretazione di Gregorio Nardi che eseguirà uno dei più rari e affascinanti capolavori pianistici dell'Ottocento, la Sonate Mélancolique op. 49 di Ignaz Moscheles, un brano che ha goduto di immensa fama, influenzando i primi lavori dei massimi compositori romantici. Gregorio Nardi, unanimamente considerato uno dei massimi esperti del repertorio del primo romanticismo, farà così rivivere il delicatissimo suono dello strumento di Villa Schifanoia, in ricordo della presenza di suo nonno Rio Nardi quale insegnante di quell' Istituto. Seguirà un programma di Mozart, Beethoven, Schumann eseguito a due pianoforti da Matteo Fossi e Pier Narciso Masi.
