Azienda leader nella produzione e sviluppo di componenti per sistemi di Domotica Home & Building Automation, per il potenziamento della propria struttura commerciale ci ha incaricato di ricercare un/una BUSINESS DEVELOPER La risorsa, a riporto della direzione generale e in affiancamento al Key Account Manager, avrà la responsabilità dello sviluppo delle vendite sia nella rete di Agenzie e Distributori, sia nell’ambito del mercato OEM e dell’engineering, individuando potenziali partnership, clienti e mercati. Nel primo caso opererà in team con il Key Account Manager occupandosi dello sviluppo del nuovo Business, offrendo al collega tutto il suo supporto per sviluppare sul territorio italiano un’attività commerciale più strutturata, capillare e in linea con le linee aziendali. Lavorando in team con il Key Account Manager potrà acquisire preziose competenze tecniche e di settore indispensabili per crescere nel ruolo. Per lo sviluppo del mercato OEM e dell’engineering opererà invece a stretto contatto con la Direzione Generale, ricevendo input in linea con la strategia aziendale e potendo contare sul coinvolgimento tecnico in questo caso della Direzione. Nel suo ruolo avrà il compito di gestire la parte di comunicazione e marketing operativo, con particolare riguardo alla predisposizione dei cataloghi e alla comunicazione web. In staff con la Direzione Generale, si occuperà di analizzare i nuovi trend di mercato, proponendo suggerimenti mirati in termini di attività commerciali, linee di prodotti o quant’altro necessiti per lo sviluppo del business, supportato da analisi dettagliate del mercato e dei competitors; inoltre avrà la responsabilità del corretto e veloce flusso di informazioni tra parte commerciale e Direzione Generale, svolgerà attività di follow up alla vendita, si occuperà della stesura di offerte commerciali, contribuirà alla progettazione di nuovi modelli di business. Nel suo ruolo dovrà favorire l’integrazione con le altre funzioni aziendali al fine di coordinare bene tutto il processo di vendita. Per ricoprire la posizione si richiede una pregressa esperienza di almeno 10 anni in un ruolo analogo nell’ambito di settori affini, l’interesse ad iniziare ad un percorso professionale nell’ambito di una piccola realtà in forte crescita, le ottime capacità relazionali, di organizzazione, sensibilità economica, l’approccio curioso, la capacità di entrare in empatia e di adattarsi al tipo di interlocutore.
