La gattina Moka è ancora una cucciola ma ha già un passato impegnativo alle spalle: è nata in Puglia a fine estate, soccorsa da piccola dopo un trauma in strada da una persona di buon cuore, che però per problemi “umani” grossi non ha potuto più occuparsi di lei come sarebbe stato necessario. È stata portata al Nord con un lungo viaggio della speranza perché avesse qualche chance in più e avesse aiuti per essere curata. Infatti Moka aveva dei problemi a urinare a causa dello schiacciamento del canale pelvico dovuto al trauma subìto. Qui è stata prima trattata per i vari parassiti che ospitava il suo corpicino, poi operata. Oggi Moka è in stallo da Carla e sta benone, urina normalmente ed è veramente un tesoro di gattina! Guardate in questo video quanto è tenera -> https://goo.gl/WQDtQy Si è ambientata subito con gli altri gatti, i primi due giorni faceva ridere perché faceva le pastine, le fusa, ringhiava e si strusciava sulle gambe, tutto allo stesso tempo, come per dire ”sono contenta ma ho paura!”. Moka è una gattina allegra e vivace, è molto affettuosa con gli umani, ama i suoi simili, abituata anche con i cani. Insomma un tesorino! È piccola, ha appena 6 mesi; è stata sverminata, trattata per la giardia e gli acari delle orecchie, è FIV FeLV negativa ed è stata sterilizzata. Si trova attualmente in stallo in via Frejus a Torino ed è adottabile a Torino e dintorni, solo in appartamento (con balconi preventivamente messi in sicurezza, no piani rialzati, tetti accessibili e altre pericolose vie di accesso all’esterno) o case con giardino con le dovute precauzioni, previo colloquio pre affido a casa vostra (una chiacchierata per conoscerci), firma del modulo di adozione e disponibilità a mantenersi in contatto con noi di tanto in tanto per avere notizie e foto. Un appello disperato per Grisù E' d'obbligo iniziare con una premessa:questa richiesta di aiuto è unicamente rivolta a persone che oltre ad un grande cuore abbiano una determinata esperienza con cani molto difficili e la disponibilità di un contesto idoneo. E' un appello alquanto lungo ma in questo caso è necessario. Vi parlo di lei.Grisù è stata trovata nelle campagne della provincia barese, al suo ingresso in canile aveva solo un paio di mesi.Sin da subito ha mostrato la sua reticenza ad interagire con l'uomo. Reticenza che abbiamo constatato in passato anche in altri cuccioli, ma che poi grazie a brave volontarie del nord che hanno dato loro una chance, hanno recuperato appieno riuscendo ad instaurare con l'uomo un rapporto equilibrato e sereno. Con grande felicità abbiamo accolto l'offerta di aiuto per lei. Abbiamo organizzato tutto.Grisù è partita per il nord con la grande speranza che anche per lei si aprissero le porte di una vita migliore, tanto più che ad ospitarla sarebbe stata una bravissima volontaria che già ci ha aiutato con cani problematici.Ma giorno per giorno purtroppo le speranze si sono affievolite e sostituite al contrario da grande sconforto. Nessun progresso, niente, neanche un minimo accenno ad un leggero miglioramento. Sono stati consultati diversi educatori. Responso comune:Grisù è un cane irrecuperabile. Non accetta l'uomo e tutto ciò che sa di uomo, cerca vie di fuga e quando è sola si abbandona alla disperazione.Una pugnalata....Sono avvilita...Mi tocca decidere e le mie alternative in questo momento sono due. Lasciarla impazzire nel box, perchè è quello che inevitabilmente accadrà o decidere, con la morte nel cuore, di accompagnarla sul ponte. Fosse il contrario e fosse lei a dover decidere per me le chiederei di scegliere la seconda, perchè la prima non è vita, è solo straziante agonia. Raramente ho implorato aiuto, voglio sempre che i miei appelli abbiano la dignità che quegli angeli meritano, ma questa volta non ho scelta.Chiedo aiuto a tutti coloro che, con una scelta consapevole e non dettata magari dal trasporto di un momento, possano offrirle un posticino tranquillo,sicuro e a prova di fuga, magari con altri cani, e lasciarla vivere da 'selvatica' quale lei è.Chissà la tranquillità potrebbe un giorno favorire un blando avvicinamento all'uomo. Ma ora sono ad un bivio, per favore aiutatela e aiutatemi. Ha circa un anno ed e' una futura taglia media. E' stata sverminata e vaccinata quando era ancora da noi qui al sud, ora e' al nord.Non è ancora sterilizzata ma nel caso provvederemmo prima di un eventuale spostamento. Da questo box di cemento, Nancy e Brilly non sono uscite mai. Mai una sola volta, in 14 anni. Non hanno mai calpestato l'erba, profumato un albero. Mai camminato su un prato. Solo un rettangolo minuscolo di cemento arroventato o gelido, la loro vita. Dalle loro sbarre non si vede un prato, ma solo un'altra fila interminabile di box di cemento. E la solitudine, infinita, interminabile. Loro hanno occhi indifesi, tristissimi. La testa sempre piegata. Crescendo sono diventate due cagnette timide, non avendo mai conosciuto cosa di buono un umano può dare ad un cane. Due cagnette che da giovani erano dei comuni meticci, in un comune box di un comune canile, che la gente comune non nota mai. E, come comunemente accade, due cagnette sono nate, cresciute ed invecchiate in un box. Cosa c'è di nuovo? nulla, la comune condanna alla morte in quello stesso box. Ma la vita può essere ancora piu crudele? Si, perche queste due anime spaventate e timorose. verranno presto trasferite in un cnile lagher e dopo che il cancello del loro box e' stato chiuso per 14, anni, si aprirà per deportarle in un posto dove un cane anziano può morire solo nel piu atroce dei modi, patendo la fame o soccombendo ai piu forti. Soffriranno ? Certamente. queste due canucce non hanno molto da vivere e presto o tardi lasceranno questo mondo. Ma vi prego non permettiamolo che lo lascino soffrendo e patendo più di quanto non abbiano sofferto e patito in vita. Regaliamo loro un un dolce addio alla vita,che possano assaporare una famiglia come un bambimo assapora una dolce carezza sotto le coperte rimboccate, prima di andare a dormire. Facciamogli conoscere un mondo fatto di coccole, carezze e pappa buona. UNa cuccia calda e un po di affetto riscatteranno due nonnine che sembrano oramai condannate. Adottabili anche separatamente. Queste due sorelle, taglia border collie,20kg circa ciascuna,potevano rassegnarsi e lasciarsi morire in 14 lunghi anni di prigionia. Ma non l' hanno fatto, hanno resistito ed aspettato. Meritano per qiesto di morire dignitosamente. Diamo merito a queste due povere anime, facciamo si che giorni in gabbia abbiano avuto un senso. La sabbia nella clessidra scivola via inafferabile, loro non lo sanno, ma stanno per perdere quel poco che hanno. Il tempo che abbiamo per loro non ci da neanche la possibilità di pensare. E' tempo di agire, o la possibilità di uno spiraglio di felicità al termine del loro viaggio, oppure la gogna dopo un interminabile ergastolo. Ghosts awaited him atop Germany's highest peak. He'd avoided this rendezvous for nearly four decades. People like him, who buried their past so determinedly, should not help it from the grave so easily. Yet here he was, doing exactly that. Vibrations slowed as the car entered, then stopped at the summit station. Skiers flooded off toward another lift that would take them down to a high- altitude corrie, where a chalet and slopes waited. He didn't ski, never had, never wanted to. He made his way through the visitor center, identified by a yellow placard as MYncher Haus. A restaurant dominated one half of the building, the rest housed a theater, a snack bar, an observatory, souvenir shops, and a weather station. He pushed through thick glass doors and stepped out onto a railed terrace. Bracing Alpine air stung his lips. According to Stephanie Nelle his contact should be waiting on the observation deck. One thing was obvious. Ten thousand feet in the high Alps certainly added a height-ened measure of privacy to their meeting. The Zugspitze lay on the border. A succession of snowy crags rose south toward Austria. To the north spanned a soup- bowl valley ringed by rock- ribbed peaks. A gauze of frosty mist shielded the German vil-lage of Garmisch and its companion, Partenkirchen. Both were sports meccas, and the region catered not only to skiing but also bobsledding, skating, and curling. More sports he'd avoided. The observation deck was deserted save for an elderly couple and a few skiers who'd apparently paused to enjoy the view. He'd come to solve a mystery, one that had preyed on his mind ever since that day when the men in uniforms came to tell his mother that her husband was dead.
