Molto buono - interno perfetto, compatto -leggero ingiallimento pagine (una pagina filo margine lieve acceno "grinza) bordi lievemente ingialliti, piÙ "marcato" il superiore - sovracopertina lievi segni d'uso (un "taglietto" cm 0,5 angolo inferiore aletta) rilegato con sovracoperta - pagine 237 anno: editore: bompiani - le finestre il thriller, come genere letterario, ha sicuramente lunga e felice vita. una radicale conferma viene da questo romanzo, opera di un giovane scrittore americano che pare voler raccogliere l'eredità della grande narrativa "nera". tolkin ci introduce nel cuore di hollywood e nel cuore di un uomo, griffin mill, un produttore cinematografico sempre alle prese con nuovi soggetti e nuovi autori. ma non si può rispondere a tutti. e una mancata risposta è proprio la scintilla che accende l'azione. griffin non conosce il misterioso "autore" che gli invia messaggi e cartoline pieni di mistero. non gli rimane allora che scegliere un altro, uno che potrebbe essere l'autore. costui svolgerà l'inconsapevole ruolo di vittima sacrificale, e il rito consisterà nell'offerta di una chance: quella di difendersi... sullo sfondo di un' america come al solito impietosa e dominata dallo spettro centenario della corsa al successo, tolkin conduce per mano il suo personaggio lungo la strada della paura e dell'ossessione, là dove la determinazione omicida, placatasene nel suo tragico effetto, sfuma nel senso di colpa e nel calcolo affannato delle possibilità di salvezza. soltanto l'amore per una donna, l'ex amante del bersaglio di griffin, sottrarrà quest'ultimo alle ombre che lo stavano avvolgendo. e una concessione che tolkin fa alle regole auree della commedia sofisticata, ma ciò non basta a mutare lo "spirito" del racconto: il lieto fine può anche essere apparente, come la serenità artificiosa che a volte si disegna sul volto dei malati di nervi...

TOPOLINO IL CANE PERFETTO

Monza, AMICI CON LA CODA. TOPOLINO cagnolino meraviglioso dentro e fuori! Appena 3 anni di età, taglia piccola, 11 kg di peso, pelo raso. Topolino nato e cresciuto per le strade di un paesino in provincia di Roma, arrivato a Monza per cercare di cambiare la sua vita. Topolino era di proprietà di un pastore, un leader in testa al gregge e in mezzo a cani maremmani con i quali è cresciuto, fino a quando il pastore muore e i cani compreso Topolino rimangono orfani di tutto, nessun gregge da condurre, niente più cibo, tutto finito. A quel punto siamo dovute intervenire per aiutare questi innocenti e tra tutti Topolino ci ha fatto tanta pena ed abbiamo voluto dargli una chance. Abbiamo creduto fosse nostro dovere offrirgli uno stallo casalingo e grazie alla preziosa collaborazione di una collega di Monza, ora si trova a casa sua, ma urge adozione per questo tesoro. La sua ospitalità non potrà durare a lungo, la collega ha già 5 cani suoi, 2 gatti e una bimba umana dei quali occuparsi. Lei che bene conosce i cani lo ha definito essere perfetto! Topolino è equilibrato, dolcissimo, educato, obbediente, tollerante con ogni forma di vita, buonissimo, simpatico, giocherellone, decisamente intelligente, ricettivo e tranquillo nonostante la vita che ha vissuto. In pratica Topolino è un gioiellino, di semplicissima gestione per chiunque e privo di qualsivoglia problematica caratteriale. Sta convivendo in totale armonia con tutti gli animali di casa, ha dimostrato di apprezzare e non poco la presenza dei suoi simili, con i quali ama giocare in giardino. Rispetta in toto i gatti, non li hai mai né disturbati, né rincorsi, Topolino vive e lascia vivere, questo è il suo motto. Dolce e buonissimo anche con la bimba di casa, bene socializzato e affettuoso con tutti gli umani, anche sconosciuti. E' educatissimo in casa, tranquillo, dove lo metti sta, queste le esatte parole di chi lo sta ospitando. Sporca solo in esterno, quando viene condotto in passeggiata, in appartame

Piccola Flò, lupetta di 3 mesi CERCA AMORE!

Ciao a tutti, le zie volontarie che si occupano di me mi hanno detto che per cercare di trovare casa dovevo venire qui e presentarmi... e quindi eccomi qua! Io mi chiamo Florence, Flò per gli amici. Ho solo 3 mesi e sono una lupettina mooolto carina, futura taglia MEDIA. Le mie zie dicono che le foto non mi rendono giustizia perchè dal vivo sono molto molto più bella. Ma adesso vi racconto la mia storia... sono stata trovata abbandonata vicino ad un'autostrada insieme ai miei fratelli quando ero piccina piccina, avevo meno di un mese! Una volontaria mi ha salvato e si è presa cura di me fino mentre aspettavo di trovare una casuccia. La gattina Moka è ancora una cucciola ma ha già un passato impegnativo alle spalle: è nata in Puglia a fine estate, soccorsa da piccola dopo un trauma in strada da una persona di buon cuore, che però per problemi “umani” grossi non ha potuto più occuparsi di lei come sarebbe stato necessario. È stata portata al Nord con un lungo viaggio della speranza perché avesse qualche chance in più e avesse aiuti per essere curata. Infatti Moka aveva dei problemi a urinare a causa dello schiacciamento del canale pelvico dovuto al trauma subìto. Qui è stata prima trattata per i vari parassiti che ospitava il suo corpicino, poi operata. Oggi Moka è in stallo da Carla e sta benone, urina normalmente ed è veramente un tesoro di gattina! Moka è una gattina allegra e vivace, è molto affettuosa con gli umani, ama i suoi simili, abituata anche con i cani. Insomma un tesorino! È piccola, ha appena 6 mesi; è stata sverminata, trattata per la giardia e gli acari delle orecchie, è FIV FeLV negativa ed è stata sterilizzata. Un appello disperato per Grisù E' d'obbligo iniziare con una premessa:questa richiesta di aiuto è unicamente rivolta a persone che oltre ad un grande cuore abbiano una determinata esperienza con cani molto difficili e la disponibilità di un contesto idoneo. E' un appello alquanto lungo ma in questo caso è necessario. Vi parlo di lei.Grisù è stata trovata nelle campagne della provincia barese, al suo ingresso in canile aveva solo un paio di mesi.Sin da subito ha mostrato la sua reticenza ad interagire con l'uomo. Reticenza che abbiamo constatato in passato anche in altri cuccioli, ma che poi grazie a brave volontarie del nord che hanno dato loro una chance, hanno recuperato appieno riuscendo ad instaurare con l'uomo un rapporto equilibrato e sereno. Con grande felicità abbiamo accolto l'offerta di aiuto per lei. Abbiamo organizzato tutto.Grisù è partita per il nord con la grande speranza che anche per lei si aprissero le porte di una vita migliore, tanto più che ad ospitarla sarebbe stata una bravissima volontaria che già ci ha aiutato con cani problematici.Ma giorno per giorno purtroppo le speranze si sono affievolite e sostituite al contrario da grande sconforto. Nessun progresso, niente, neanche un minimo accenno ad un leggero miglioramento. Sono stati consultati diversi educatori. Responso comune:Grisù è un cane irrecuperabile. Non accetta l'uomo e tutto ciò che sa di uomo, cerca vie di fuga e quando è sola si abbandona alla disperazione.Una pugnalata....Sono avvilita...Mi tocca decidere e le mie alternative in questo momento sono due. Lasciarla impazzire nel box, perchè è quello che inevitabilmente accadrà o decidere, con la morte nel cuore, di accompagnarla sul ponte. Fosse il contrario e fosse lei a dover decidere per me le chiederei di scegliere la seconda, perchè la prima non è vita, è solo straziante agonia. Raramente ho implorato aiuto, voglio sempre che i miei appelli abbiano la dignità che quegli angeli meritano, ma questa volta non ho scelta.Chiedo aiuto a tutti coloro che, con una scelta consapevole e non dettata magari dal trasporto di un momento, possano offrirle un posticino tranquillo,sicuro e a prova di fuga, magari con altri cani, e lasciarla vivere da 'selvatica' quale lei è.Chissà la tranquillità potrebbe un giorno favorire un blando avvicinamento all'uomo. Ma ora sono ad un bivio, per favore aiutatela e aiutatemi. Ha circa un anno ed e' una futura taglia media. E la solitudine, infinita, interminabile. Loro hanno occhi indifesi, tristissimi. La testa sempre piegata. Crescendo sono diventate due cagnette timide, non avendo mai conosciuto cosa di buono un umano può dare ad un cane. Due cagnette che da giovani erano dei comuni meticci, in un comune box di un comune canile, che la gente comune non nota mai. E, come comunemente accade, due cagnette sono nate, cresciute ed invecchiate in un box. Cosa c'è di nuovo? nulla, la comune condanna alla morte in quello stesso box. Ma la vita può essere ancora piu crudele? Si, perche queste due anime spaventate e timorose. verranno presto trasferite in un cnile lagher e dopo che il cancello del loro box e' stato chiuso per 14, anni, si aprirà per deportarle in un posto dove un cane anziano può morire solo nel piu atroce dei modi, patendo la fame o soccombendo ai piu forti. Soffriranno ? Certamente. queste due canucce non hanno molto da vivere e presto o tardi lasceranno questo mondo. Ma vi prego non permettiamolo che lo lascino soffrendo e patendo più di quanto non abbiano sofferto e patito in vita. Regaliamo loro un un dolce addio alla vita,che possano assaporare una famiglia come un bambimo assapora una dolce carezza sotto le coperte rimboccate, prima di andare a dormire. Facciamogli conoscere un mondo fatto di coccole, carezze e pappa buona. UNa cuccia calda e un po di affetto riscatteranno due nonnine che sembrano oramai condannate. Adottabili anche separatamente. Queste due sorelle, taglia border collie,20kg circa ciascuna,potevano rassegnarsi e lasciarsi morire in 14 lunghi anni di prigionia. Ma non l' hanno fatto, hanno resistito ed aspettato. Meritano per qiesto di morire dignitosamente. Diamo merito a queste due povere anime, facciamo si che giorni in gabbia abbiano avuto un senso. La sabbia nella clessidra scivola via inafferabile, loro non lo sanno, ma stanno per perdere quel poco che hanno. Il tempo che abbiamo per loro non ci da neanche la possibilità di pensare. E' tempo di agire, o la possibilità di uno spiraglio di felicità al termine del loro viaggio, oppure la gogna dopo un interminabile ergastolo. The role will encompass both regular monthly retention focussed marketing plans as well as special projects – such as new product launches. The successful candidate will be expected to manage projects from inception, through briefing, execution and finally analysis stages. Together with the Gaming Promotions Manager, the successful candidate will act as an advisor to other areas of the business, particularly in the areas of Acquisition, Onboarding and VIP. Responsibilities: Managing multi-faceted projects – conducting in-depth analysis, presenting recommendations and collaborating with stakeholders business-wide to ensure excellent delivery. These projects will include work on acquisition, onboarding, automated promotions and loyalty. Identifying player trends that present promotional opportunities and recommend promotions to exploit them. Managing promotions from inception, through briefing, execution and finally analysis. With the help of the Business Intelligence team, analysing promotions in depth and recommending ways to optimise and improve them. Presenting plans and findings to the Gaming team and to the wider business. Signing off promotional assets and copy, ensuring they present the right marketing message to the customer. Strategically considering the positioning of Games and promotions on the site ensuring that the customers see the material relevant to them. Supporting the Gaming Promotion Manager in managing the promotional calendar of a growing Gaming business in multiple domains. Supporting Gaming Promotion Manager in communicating the promotions plan to stakeholders throughout the company. Supporting the Gaming Promotion Manager in briefing the promotions to the marketing teams. Supporting Gaming Promotions Manager on bonus cost reporting. Essential Skills & Experience required: 2+ years’ experience in Online Gaming, ideally in a Marketing function. Analytical and commercial mindset – able to see opportunities in player trends and know how to act on them. Ability to self-manage and self-motivate. Experience operating in multiple territories, languages, and currencies. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Word; Excel; Outlook; PowerPoint; SharePoint).
