Consolidata società operante nel settore siderurgico ricerca - per il potenziamento della propria struttura un Responsabile manutenzione junior che, rispondendo direttamente al Responsabile di Manutenzione, dovrà supportarlo nel pianificare, coordinare e controllare gli interventi di manutenzione ordinaria, straordinaria e preventiva sugli impianti e sulle macchine, attivandosi operativamente â ove necessario - in prima persona. Si occuperà inoltre della supervisione e controllo di eventuali lavori di montaggio, dellâassemblaggio di elementi meccanici (su impianti e macchine) e della realizzazione di elementi di tubazioni. Supporterà infine il responsabile nella gestione diretta dei collaboratori delle aree di lavoro deputate alle attività di cui sopra e nella eventuale relazione diretta con fornitori esterni. Si richiede: ⢠precedente esperienza di almeno 5 anni nellâarea manutenzione meccanica (con provenienza preferibilmente da settori quali acciaierie, forge, direzione di laboratorio di analisi, tubifici); ⢠capacità di lettura e comprensione di disegni relativi a costruzioni meccaniche; ⢠conoscenze generali di meccanica, oleodinamica, elettrotecnica e di sistemi di controllo; ⢠è preferibile la conoscenza base della lingua inglese. Completano il profilo ottime capacità analitiche e di problem solving, di pianificazione e controllo, flessibilità e predisposizione a raggiungere i risultati nel rispetto delle tempistiche definite, buone capacità relazionali.
