La testata ha tre suoni fondamentali: Marshall Plexi, Plexi Hot Rodded, JCM 800 Hot Rodded che si cambiano via footswitch. Utilizzando il suono Marshall Plexi e abbassando il volume della chitarra il si ottiene un semi clean fantastico. Il volume master aggiunto nel FX loop consente di utilizzare la testata a qualsiasi volume, (ci suono tranquillamente in casa), e con suoni perfetti. Si può alzare il gain e master a volontà agendo poi sul volume del FX loop. La testata, del come certificabile da mail della Splawn, è stat acquistata da uno studio di registrazione in USA. Ho sostituito le valvole finali con EL34 Groove Tubes per mio gusto personale; la testata ha fatto una decina di live e la registrazione di un disco, ma non è mai stata usata in sala prove.
