We are looking for a number of Production Managers to come and work with us on a number of projects; including Puffin Rock Feature Film and My Father's Dragon Feature Film. Responsibilities: The candidate will be responsible for the management of all processes, procedures, outputs and deliverables for all departments through the production while ensuring that the department’s outputs are aligned with the production schedule as well as the creative vision of the production. The PM will communicate clearly and regularly with the Line Producer and team Supervisors on the production status. Produce and maintain a detailed weekly report for the production for all the individual departments, while ensuring the team understand the deadlines of each task along with the main delivery deadlines of the project. They will also help to develop, maintain and improve the pipeline for production. Responsibilities: - Responsible for creation of Black&White backgrounds containing the Final Line Artwork, following the style established in Reference Scene Illustrations - Create Final Line Backgrounds based on layouts referencing conceptual artwork and location designs - Work closely with department Supervisor and implement notes and feedback - Artist should be adept at using traditional media (paint, ink, etc) - Produce Final Line Backgrounds according to weekly quota - As lead artist, provide assistance to the supervisor and artistic and technical guidance to the team as needed - Artist is required to work in-house The ideal candidate will have - previous experience in a similar role or department - the ability to communicate briefings and feedback clearly to the team - and be capable of maintaining a high level of visual quality - Must have the ability to influence and coach others through effective leadership - Must be able to keep a calm and respectful attitude under pressure to maintain a positive, upbeat and professional team environment.
