Successivamente questi animali sono stati comunque cremati nei forni tramortiti e vivi. Spesso è la mancanza di cibo e acqua a portare alla morte, o le ferite mai curate. Entrano ogni giorno nelle perreras cani incidentati che non ricevono nessun tipo di assistenza. Altre volte l'insostenibilità di quell'orrore porta ad infarti letali. Se si può pensare a un posto vagamente simile all'inferno questo è sicuramente una perrera spagnola.
