Attualmente monta Windows Server R2, ma è possibile installare qualunque sistema operativo a vostro piacimento, esempio freenas, linux (distro), citrix, e tantissimi altri ancora. Un dispositivo del genere andrebbe benissimo in medie e grandi imprese, ma anche in casa, magari per poter gestire i vostri backup, dati e media. Il punto di forza di questa macchina, è la virtualizzazione, ossia la capacità di poter eseguire CONTEMPORANEAMENTE più sistemi operativi, sfruttando così i due processori Intel Xeon da ben 3Ghz ciascuno. La macchina funziona perfettamente, in ogni suo aspetto, a partire dalle PSU ridondanti ai dischi. Per quanto riguarda la connettività, sul pannello anteriore vi sono 2 porte usb, posteriormente si trovano 1 porta SAS, 2 porte ethernet da 1Gbs (che permettono l'accensione del server da LAN WoL) e 4 porte usb; inoltre è possibile inserire altre 3 o 4 schede pci di qualunque genere! Per la connessione video, il server è provvisto di una porta vga anteriore e una posteriore. A differenza dei server che trovate su internet, questo viene fornito con 2 HDD da 70Gb con velocità di rotazione di rpm (SO) e 3 HD da 180Gb cad con velocità di rotazione di rpm. Uno dei 6 slot è ancora libero. Come ogni server che si rispetti, quello in questione presenta un hardware dedicato per il raid, per garantire scalabilità e sicurezza e un pannello per il monitoraggio.
