Our Company, a Multinational Company, world leader in the field of security systems, with headquarters Cortemaggiore (PC). STRATEGIC BUYER Dual reporting to General Manager and to SE Procurement Director, main functions and responsibilities will be: Responsible of Procurement activities including coordination of transactional sourcing activities; Strategic buyer of around 15 M€: Italy IS and other SE DM categories; In coordination with European Category Manager, will be responsible of definition and implementation of Sourcing strategies of the categories under his responsibility, to reach the economic and development targets; Leadership of the activities required to define and implement the Sourcing strategies of the categories under his responsibility across different entities: Supplier selection and development Supplier agreement negotiation New product development RFQ process Supply improvements activities together with Logistics and Quality The Best Candidate is Graduate (plus Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanica l or Management) and have as least 5 years experience in similar roles. The successful Candidate will have strong leadership, proactive and positive attitude, analytic focus, result oriented, negotiation power, and decision making. Furthermore, the ability to work in a team, with a strong "sense" of problem solving and stress management. A fluent knowledge of the English language is essential, both spoken and written, for dialogue with suppliers and foreign customers (knowledge of Spanish will be considered a plus).
