It had creativity that was genuine, fresh, and captivating. Poetry is an art of expression with the ability to breathe life into words. Itas a unique and spirited connection between the writer, reader, and listener. Iave written poems on topics that everyone can relate to. I often write about my life experiences as a wife, Christian, and African-American. Although some of my poems are a little sassy and humorous, I try to penetrate a thought with straight talk. I hope you find my poetry entertaining, as well as inspiring, as I share my joy, pain, fear, sorrow and faith in God.
