Outpost24 is now looking for our next Office Manager in Copenhagen. The Office Manager’s tasks are mainly to support the office so that it runs smoothly. The Office Manager will organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures and create and maintain a pleasant work environment to sure high level of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety. As an Office Manager you will be responsible for: Supporting the Employee’s in the office with ad hoc tasks, e.g. preparing for meetings. Ensure all needed necessities are available (drinks, fruit, furniture, coffee, toilet articles etc.). Host visitors and answering the office phone Support the Finance department with some financial activities such as but not limited to: payroll administration, office budget Support the HR department with on- and off boarding of employee’s, organize local Christmas party, keep an overview of birthdays and holidays. Order flight and hotel tickets for Employees Support the Marketing department in local events if required. We see that you have great time management skills, have an ability to multi-task and prioritize work. You have a great attention to details and loves working pro-actively and is motivated by going the extra mile for your colleagues. You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and you are fluent in English. This role is ideal for a student, as this is a part-time role with approx. 8 – 10 hours per week.
