The succession process is often fraught with political intrigue, it lacks discipline, and excludes meaningful involvement of senior human resource executives. Strumenti musicali Amplificatore DAVOLI Max Lied TD-160 del Gran clean, stupendo crunch, frequenze basse enormi, ben 3 controlli per le medie. Manopola di sensibilità d'ingresso +5 -20 dB Impedenza ohms Dinamica pazzesca. Passi da un Rock-crolla-muri ad un Jazz mieloso soltanto pennando le corde. Ampli più famosi (Marshall, Fender e altri) non hanno assolutamente la sua dinamica. Avevo un Marshall Super100 confrontato col Davoli (che ha addirittura le valvole mezzescariche). Li ho sparati a 10 di volume ed il Davoli se l'è letteralmente mangiato, sia in volume che in dinamica, che in timbrica. Amplificatore funzionante ma NECESSITA REVISIONE Qualche cavo sulle preamplificatrici va risaldato, le batterie-filtro vanno sostituite (altrimenti farà un rumorosissimo ronzio di fondo).Ha ancora le sue Ducati originali (che hanno 40+anni ed è ora di cambiarle). Lo stadio preamplificatore venne murato dal costruttore (credo sia ceralacca) per non permettere ad altri di copiarne il circuito. Il pedalino del canale-tremolo-distorsore non l'ho. Le sue prese-femmina di uscita (che erano multi-pin) furono sostituite coi più odierni jack per facilitarne l'accesso. La modifica è reversibilissima e cedo anche le sue prese-femmina originali. I Davoli vengono ingiustamente snobbati dagli Italiani (molta gente li regala) ma vi assicuro che valgono quanto marche più famose. All'estero sono molto più rinomati che quà; fecero la Storia del beat e Rock Italiano; ma anche all'estero sono noti (vedi Noel Redding di Hendrix ma addirittura nel Jazz - non fra piccoli nomi ma fra i grandi - come Charlie Mingus. Vennero usati poi dai The Litter per le chitarre sui loro primi 3 album ed il suono è stupendo, andatevelo a sentire
