Nello specifico, si occuperà delle seguenti attività: Coordinare il Customer Service Team, per garantire i massimi standard di soddisfazione del cliente nel processo completo della richiesta di offerta fino alla spedizione della merce; Prendere ownership delle principali tematiche che impattano sulla soddisfazione del cliente, al fine di intervenire sulle problematiche prima che assumano il carattere di criticità (product shortage, shipment priorities, lead time respect etc); Supportare i key account manager nella formulazione di offerte globali, tenders, etc; Lavorare a stretto contatto con i membri del team Commerciale e Operations a tutti i livelli, creando/supportando iniziative sui territori (supporto al lancio nuovi prodotti, formulazione di proposte alternative e/o complementari etc); Impostare KPIs per il monitoraggio dell’andamento del livello di servizio e delle performance del team, proponendo relative azioni correttive; Guidare iniziative di miglioramento continuo, specialmente per quanto concerne snellimento/automazione di flussi e procedure, sia verso il cliente che verso le altre consociate del gruppo a livello internazionale; Contribuire alla continua revisione dei tools aziendali. Ha un buon cable management, usura inesistente, non si è beccato salti di corrente né sbalzi di tensione, né è mai stato trasportato (no urti). Vendo insieme anche il monitor per comodità, ma posso venderli separatamente. Do la precedenza a chi comprasse entrambi (440 il pc, 100 euro il monitor). Per avere un'idea delle prestazioni, in Full HD e con la grafica alta, Overwatch gira tranquillamente a più di 100fps e le temperature della scheda video (nVidia GeForce GTX ) si attestano sui 65 gradi (non ho dovuto mettere nessun dissipatore e i consumi sono abbastanza bassi). Per le componenti ho speso circa 540 euro su Amazon, mentre il monitor è costato 125 euro. E' una vera occasione, molto meglio di un PC di fabbrica e senza la scocciatura di montarlo, in più è quasi nuovo (praticamente ve l'ho testato:)). Di seguito il riepilogo delle componenti utilizzate, non posso mettere i link di Amazon perché Subito lo impedisce, ma potete verificare in pochi minuti. Ve lo fornisco con una fresca installazione di Win 10 Home da attivare. Il monitor è un Asus VP228H 21,5" da gaming, con una bassa input lag e 1ms di risposta. Anche quello preso 1 mese fa. Much less is known of him than of his better publicized colleague, the detective. In this important and timely book, James Q. Wilson describes the patrolman and the problems he faces that arise out of constraints imposed by law, politics, public opinion, and the expectations of superiors. The study considers how the uniformed officer in eight communities deals with such common offenses as assault, theft, drunkenness, vice, traffic, and disorderly conduct. Six of the communities are in New York State: Albany, Amsterdam, Brighton, Nassau County, Newburgh, and Syracuse. The others are Highland Park, Illinois, and Oakland, California. Enforcing laws dealing with common offenses is especially difficult because it raises the question of administrative discretion. Murder, in the eyes of the police, is unambiguously wrong, and murderers are accordingly arrested; but in cases such as street-corner scuffles or speeding motorists, the patrolman must decide whether to intervene (should the scuffle be stopped? should the motorist be pulled over?) and, if he does, just how to intervene (by arrest? a warning? an interrogation?). In most large organizations, the lowest-ranking members perform the more routinized tasks and the means of accomplishing these tasks are decided by superiors, but in a police department the lowest-ranking officer--the patrolman--is almost solely responsible for enforcing those laws which are the least precise, the most ambiguous. Three ways or "styles" of policing--the watchman, the legalistic, and the service styles--are analyzed and their relation to local politicsis explored. In the final chapter, Mr. Wilson discusses if and how the patrolman's behavior can be changed and examines some current proposals for reorganizing police departments. In The City that Became Safe, Franklin Zimring sets off in search of the New York difference through a detailed and comprehensive statistical investigation into the city's falling crime rates and possible explanations. If you listen to City Hall, aggressive police created a zero tolerance law enforcement regime that drove crime rates down. Is this self-serving political sound bite true? Are the official statistics generated by the police accurate? Zimring shows the numbers are correct and argues that some combination of more cops, new tactics, and new management can take some credit for the decline, but zero tolerance policing and quality of life were never a consistent part of the NYPD's strategy. That the police can make a difference in preventing crime overturns decades of conventional wisdom for criminologists, but Zimring points out the New York experience challenges the major assumptions dominating American crime and drug control policies that most everyone else has missed.
