Pencil è una penna bluetooth creata da FiftyThree per iPad 3 +, iPad mini + e iPhone, ma funziona come semplice penna capacitiva su qualsiasi smartphone /tablet. Le sue maggiori funzionalità sono disponibili solo via bluetooth con i dispositivi Apple sopra citati, in particolare utilizzando l'app Paper di FiftyThree, tuttavia un gruppo di altre app supporta alcune sue funzionalità (Microsoft One Note, Adobe Illustrator Draw e Photoshop Sketch, Concepts, Procreate ecc..), le quali funzionalità permettono di disegnare e annotare in maniera pratica (riconoscimento del palmo, sfumato col dito, gomma superiore per cancellare, modifica del tratto con l'inclinazione della penna). Prodotto a mia disposizione da almeno un anno, il materiale è alluminio e la colorazione è oro; non sono presenti particolari segni di usura, eccezion fatta per la punta in gomma, da sostituire (ricambi disponibili su Amazon). Nella confezione erano presenti 1 ricambio punta e 1 ricambio gomma, come detto la punta è stata già sostituita, ma ora è da cambiare per usura, il cambio gomma è ancora disponibile in confezione.
