Privi di un'etica che affondi le sue ragioni nelle radici storiche del pensiero, le direttrici del progresso sociale perdono il giusto indirizzo e si diramano in circuiti contingenziali che si esauriscono nell'atto stesso di essere. Quella prospettata dal Kropotkin non è certo da considerare l'etica anarchica in assoluto, anche per la incompiutezza dell'opera che si ferma sulla soglia di una trascorsa attualità; eppure in essa i presupposti sono ben chiari e puntualizzanti, quanto meno per non smarrire il senso di una realtà che, pur nella dinamica dei suoi mutamenti, richiede sempre princìpi inderogabili severamente circostanziati. E non sembri un paradosso: «L'Etica» di Kropotkin si ripropone specialmente ai giovani, non certo per motivi polemici e pedagogici, ma soprattutto per un ripensamento su come si manifesta e procede nel tempo l'anarchismo, oltre tutte le false chimere di un certo intellettualismo verbalistico che tende a decostituirne i valori fondamentali

L'attenzione dell'autore si concentra sui fatti del XIX secolo e in particolare sulle vicende che coinvolsero, politicamente e militarmente, due indiscussi capi Sioux, Nuvola Rossa e Coda Chiazzata, e le agenzie che portarono il loro nome. Di questi due grandi leader viene dato un ritratto anche psicologico probabilmente insuperato per la profondità dell'indagine, e benché Hyde sia certamente dalla parte degli Indiani, non si fa scrupolo di sottolinearne gli errori o i lati meno nobili del carattere: le invidie, l'ambizione, le decisioni sbagliate. Memorabili sono le pagine in cui vengono descritte le due visite a Washington, dal Grande Padre. Non si tratta però di un libro biografico, ma più generalmente storico. Di qui l'analisi dei tratti stipulati tra Bianchi e Uomini Rossi, il sorgere degli avamposti militari e commerciali, le battaglie (Little Big Horn, Rosebud, Sand Creek), i piccoli scontri, gli errori di valutazione commessi da una parte e dall'altra e anche la cecità di quel Partito della Pace che nell'Est si arroccò su posizioni in definitiva sterili, contribuendo, involontariamente, all'annientamento di quello stesso poppò che invece voleva salvare. "i cani adulti non si affezionano", "i cani adulti non si educano", "i cani adulti non si abituano ad uno stile di vita diverso dal loro solito". Sono tutte, appunto, leggende metropolitane e false. I cani adulti hanno tanto da dare, tanto amore. L'amore consapevole di un'anima che sa di essere stata salvata. Basta trovare il cane giusto. Certo, non tutti i cani sono adatti a tutte le famiglie, ma noi "conosciamo i nostri polli" e siamo pronti a guidarvi e affiancarvi nella scelta del giusto compagno di vita. Anzi vi diremo di più, adottare un cane adulto ha anche tanti lati positivi. I cuccioli sono coccolosissimi, dolci e paffuti ma hanno bisogno di molte più attenzioni per imparare cose che spesso, i cani adulti, sanno già fare. Abbiamo cani per tutti i "gusti": dai giovincelli di 1 anno ai nonni di 13 anni, dalle taglie mini (il piu' piccino pesa 1.5kg) ai giganti buoni, di razza e meticci, maschi, femmine, poltroni fans del divano, pazzi scatenati... insomma ce n'e' per tutti e noi siamo pronti ad aiutarvi a cercare il pelosone perfetto per voi! Ecco uno dei documenti da collezione disney tra i piu' rari e ricercati lettera di scuse della arnoldo mondadori editore inviata agli abbonati per il topolino mai pubblicato (e tutt'ora inesistente). cedo una copia della lettera ricevuta da mia moglie (era abbonata al topolino) nel mese di maggio dalla direzione vendite periodici della mondadori, da loro spedita da segrate il 7 maggio , come ben visibile nella stessa intestazione della lettera, in cui si chiede di citare la sigla ms/1bis/1-2 in caso di risposta (e il motivo lo comprenderete continuando a leggere). ho coperto con un marchio disney solo l'indirizzo di mia moglie per ragioni di privacy. nella lettera firmata dall'ufficio relazioni abbonati si evince che il topolino non è stato pubblicato per uno sciopero dei giornalisti proclamato dalla federazione nazionale della stampa per il rinnovo del contratto di lavoro della categoria. si garantisce all'abbonato la proroga di una settimana della scadenza dell'abbonamento per compensare il numero non ricevuto e, oltre alle dovute scuse, nel post scriptum, si prega di precisare come rimborsare l'importo di lire euro versati per l'affrancatura dall'abbonato per restituire la presente lettera. ovviamente mia moglie si rese conto che tale documento sarebbe diventato in pochi anni un reperto storico e un prezioso oggetto da collezione e non lo restituì (come era opzione prevista nei suoi poteri). ma per rendere idea precisa del valore è necessaria un pò di cronistoria: tra i collezionisti di topolino, soprattutto quelli alle prime armi, c'è sempre stato un alone di mistero sul numero . esiste, non esiste, è stato stampato, non è stato stampato. qualcuno ha anche tentato di farne copie false per poterle rivendere a caro prezzo o qualche altro mattacchione ha realizzato copertine digitali per dimostrarne l'esistenza. alla fine però la verità è una sola, questo numero non venne mai stampato per il succitato sciopero dei giornalisti. difatti dal numero si passa direttamente al . stranamente non venne adoperata la stessa formula del numero doppio (in questo caso sul numero si doveva leggere ) come già fatto in un caso precedente. per completezza dìinformazione segnalo che una parte di esso venne pubblicato in uno spciale topolino estate di un anno dopo. questo si può velocemente capire dalla piccola serie di numeri e lettere che accompagnano ogni storia nella prima tavola e che appunto aiutano a riconoscerne la provenienza e l'appartenenza e io ne ho pubbliato uno stralcio nella foto allegata. i - - a è il codice alfanumerico stampato sulla storia zio paperone e i corindoni negromani pubblicata su topolino speciale estate n. 1 supplemento ad almanacco topolino n.318 del giugno . la lettera "i" indica italia, il numero "", indica appunto il numero di topolino su cui la storia doveva essere collocata, e la lettera "a" indicava che sarebbe stata la prima storia del numero. non si potrà quindi aggiungere il fantomatico numero alla nostra collezione ma si potrà tenere custodita o incorniciata la lettera che ne giustifica la mancata pubblicazione che in quest'asta offro (copia del mio originale) a prezzo modestissimo.
