CARICA: la carica deve essere fatta a tensione costante seguendo tassativamente i dati riportati sulla batteria. Una tensione errata può portare all'immediato deterioramento della batteria stessa. SCARICA: non deve essere portata, durante la fase di scarica, ad una tensione inferiore a Volt per una batteria da 12Volt. Inoltre non deve essere lasciata scarica dopo il suo utlizzo, ma deve essere ricaricata immediatamente. ATTENZIONE: La batteria contiene acido solforico. Il romanzo di Urzay si sviluppa su due piani temporali: il primo ambientato ai giorni nostri, più precisamente a Vienna, a Salisburgo e a Praga alla fine del , l'altro tra Vienna, Praga e Magonza tra il gennaio e il marzo del . L'intreccio prende le mosse nella Vienna attuale, con il personaggio di Paul Rosenberg, un musicologo disilluso che lavora, come funzionario, presso l'Associazione dei teatri federali austriaci. Un giorno, sul posto di lavoro, Rosenberg riceve una misteriosa lettera autografa scritta proprio da Mozart nella quale il geniale compositore afferma di avere dato inizio alla creazione di una partitura operistica nella quale avrebbe esaltato i principi e gli ideali massonici. Un'opera, come si rende ben presto conto lo stesso Rosenberg, di cui la storia della musica non ha mai lasciato traccia. Con l'aiuto della giovane studiosa Brenda Schmidt, Rosenberg decide così di trovare quest'"opera segreta". Nel secondo piano temporale, invece, l'azione inizia con Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart che è chiamato a palazzo dall'imperatore Giuseppe II per ricevere il delicato incarico di comporre una nuova opera in lingua tedesca che sia in grado di esaltare il nuovo corso politico e culturale voluto dall'illuminato sovrano. Sull'alternarsi di queste due vicende distinte si basa l'intera struttura narrativa del romanzo, che alterna spunti e temi decisamente interessanti. Quello di Javier Urzay è un romanzo che si legge piacevolmente e che conduce il lettore verso un finale imprevedibile, ma che di certo non meraviglierà i patiti mozartiani. Gli altri lettori, invece, potranno restare affascinati e incuriositi dai risvolti, soprattutto quelli storici, sui quali ha fatto affidamento lo scrittore spagnolo, attento nel miscelare la realtà dei fatti con la mera finzione.
