Lavishly iilustrated in full colour, Clinical Surgery is divided into four sections: Section 1, Clinical Skills and Investigations, gives a thorough grounding in the clinical skills required to diagnose the disease. Section 2, The Management of Acute Surgical Illness and Trauma, contains 10 chapters on the aetiology, pathophysiology, presentation and management of surgical emergencies. Section 3, General and Specialist Surgery, reviews surgical problems by system and contains chapters on each of the surgical sub-specialities by respected experts in each field. These include, among others, orthopaedics, plastic surgery, ENT and opthalmology. Section 4, Perioperative Care, outlines the essential components of how to manage patients before and after surgery, including chapters on pain management and rehabilitation.

Carri VSX scala 1/72 - telecomandati (giochi modellismo)

Nuova serie di carri R/C in scala 1/72 dotati del sistema di battaglia ad infrarossi (una volta colpiti i carri segnalano il danno con un led rosso) (CONFEZIONE COMBO!). Riproducono carri della II Guerra mondiale e permettono l'utilizzo anche in spazi ridotti grazie alla scala 1/72 (stanno comodamente nel palmo di una mano e riproducono in maniera abbastanza realistica i mezzi in scala 1/1). Vengono commercializzati in set Combo (2 carri con relativi telecomandi IR dotati di 4 tipi diversi di ID per poter organizzare combattimenti multipli) inclusa scenografia e accessori per la realizzazione di un diorama. Al momento sono disponibili 4 diversi carri armati (US M4 Sherman - Type 97 CHI-HA - German Tiger I - Soviet T. Per tutti i 4 modelli è prevista una diversa colorazione anche se al momento non si trova ancora in commercio.
