La risorsa sarà responsabile delle seguenti attività: sviluppare in maniera autonoma i progetti assegnati fino alla messa in produzione; assicurare lo sviluppo tecnico del prodotto portando avanti attività di miglioramento continuo, con lo scopo di ridurre i costi e ottimizzare le performance; gestione delle risorse dell'ufficio tecnico; gestione e pianificazione delle commesse speciali e costante monitoraggio dello stato avanzamento lavori, garantendo la correttezza dei dati forniti; interfaccia con i fornitori al fine di migliorare ed intensificare le relazioni, effettuando visite e proponendo adeguate soluzioni migliorative nella fase di industrializzazione; supporto tecnico al direttore commerciale per analizzare specifiche tecniche di commesse e richieste d’offerta; collaborazione alla gestione e alla risoluzione delle problematiche emerse in fase di produzione e montaggio Si richiede: laurea in ingegneria meccanica (anche triennale) o diploma di perito ad indirizzo meccanico esperienza di almeno 5 anni nell'ambito della progettazione di componentistica e provenienza dall’ambito di valvole, attuatori e pompe; ottima padronanza dei principali software di progettazione 2D e/o 3D, preferibilmente Inventor ottima conoscenza del disegno tecnico e conoscenza delle problematiche strutturali capacità di gestione in modo autonomo di commesse speciali buona padronanza della lingua Inglese  Completano il profilo buone capacità organizzative, di pianificazione del lavoro e coordinamento, nonchè autonomia operativa e capacità di comunicazione con i diversi dipartimenti aziendali.
