The Candidate have a consolidated experience in Sales Domestic Market, preferable in security doors sector, but at least in interior doors, windows, furniture, etc. He would have a solid experience in traditional domestic channels like show room, distributors, residential market and OEM. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Reporting to Sales Manager, main functions and responsibilities will be:   Define and manage initiatives and actions to ensure that growth, profit and sales targets of the assigned area are achieved;   Work with Sales Manager, consolidating actual markets/customers and developing new channel or customers;   Collaborate and strengthen relationships with the existing distribution network to deliver sales targets;   Identify new potential customer, ensuring the development of new sales and new markets;   Manage a sales organization (agents), moving from the existing structure towards a better one, more efficient. The successful Candidate  have a business approach, leadership, strong commitment, result orientation, collaborative approach and strong customer orientation.
