Vendo un bellissimo volume in lingua originale del della Kitchen Sink Press. Si tratta delle strisce quotidiane della serie "Li'l Abner" di Al Capp dal all'. Il titolo si riferisce sia agli adattamenti cinematografici della serie (sui quali c'è un ampio resoconto con fotografie) che a uno degli episodi in cui la statuaria ma sciatta Moonbeam McSwine viene scambiata per una delle eroine del neorealismo italiano, generando una moda irresistibile fra le teenagers americane. Si può gustare nell'originale lo spassoso slang degli hillbillies di Dogpatch e seguire la geniale e cinica parodia del detective Dick Tracy: Fearless Fosdick, un totale idiota ma per Li'l Abner "l'ideale dei giovanotti americani al 100%", forse il primo esempio di "fumetto nel fumetto".
