È la seconda isola più grande della Thailandia. È ricca di verde, natura selvaggia e di flora e fauna, le sue spiagge più belle si trovano lungo il versante occidentale, mentre percorrendola da nord a sud si trovano in genere spiagge più remote meno affollate. Per più del 70% è ancora coperta da foresta vergine e ha ancora numerose spiagge appartate con le classiche caratteristiche di un'isola tropicale, sabbia bianca, palme, mare azzurro e caldo. Oltre al nuoto e al sole l'isola offre emozionanti avventure nell'entroterra. KOH MAAK. È una piccola isola ricca di attrazioni naturali. La sua costa sabbiosa è ideale per una fuga romantica. Non è montagnosa come Koh Chang ed è ricca di piantagioni di cocco e di gomma. KOH KUT. Il suo paesaggio è simile a quello di Koh Chang. È infatti dominata da colline coperte di rigogliosa foresta. L'isola possiede graziose spiagge e la meravigliosa cascata, che in cima alla sommità offre una piscina naturale per un bagno immerso nel verde della giungla con sottofondo di melodie di uccelli e insetti. KOH WAI. Ideale per gli amanti dell'avventura. Offre solo due spiagge sabbiose dove prendere il sole, mentre tutte le altre sono sassose e rocciose, tuttavia non molto lontano da riva si trovano bellissime barriere coralline, vero paradiso dei subacquei. Quanto a tranquillità l'incantevole Koh Kwai è imbattibile. KOH KHAM. È un'isoletta a fianco di Koh Mak. Il suo fascino è dato dal verde lussureggiante, dalla sabbia bianca e dall'acqua cristallina. Ha una meravigliosa barriera corallina, ideale per scoprire la fauna ittica locale. KOH NGAM. L'isola è situata a sud di Koh Chang ed è formata da due parti di terra collegati da un enorme collinetta di sabbia. La piccola baia, formata dalle due braccia della montagna che si distendono fino al mare, è molto pittoresca e protegge la zona dal maltempo. KOH PHRAO. Questa isoletta si trova al largo verso occidente rispetto a Koh Chang. Koh Phrao è conosciuta per la sua atmosfera calma e le spiagge tranquille senza dimenticare i suoi rigogliosi palmeti da cocco. KOH KRA E KOH RANG. Situate a ovest di Koh Maak, queste isole vantano profonde barriere coralline e affascinanti formazioni rocciose sott'acqua. Molti uffici del Parco nazionale di Koh Chang si trovano proprio su queste isole. KOH KRA DAD. Un'altra gemma verde di questo meraviglioso diadema di isole è Koh Kra Dad che presenta una lunga spiaggia tutt'intorno al suo perimetro, profondi fondali ed animate barriere coralline. KOH MAN NOK E KOH MAN NAI. Sono piccole isole prive di strutture ricettive, ma vale la pena visitarle durante un'escursione giornaliera in mare. Con la bassa marea, si orlano di belle spiagge, l'acqua è abbastanza bassa e compaiono alghe dorate. Le due isole si trovano di fronte al versante occidentale di Koh Chang. KOH CHANG NOI. A nord di Koh Chang si distende la sua piccola gemella, che offre splendidi punti per le immersioni non ci sono strutture ricettive in quanto ne è proibito la costruzione, ma è possibile visitarla in barca.
