Controlling manager   CONTROLLING MANAGER The Controlling Manage r will support the CFO in leading the financial & business performance controlling, analysis & reporting requirements, with the objective to provide pertinent KPI’s and recommendations to stakeholders to realise the strategic goals of the Group (based in Italy, Spain, Brazil).   Main responsabilities: foster a strong controlling culture within the organisation; contribute in developing the IT systems for controlling, including the Business Intelligence solutions; building plans and define ways to identify gaps, opportunities, as well as monitoring, expressing and challenging the performance of each business units, products, customers and departments by working closely with all the managers in the Organization. S/he will be the key central analytical resource for the company and will need to quickly develop in-depth knowledge of the business with the objective to provide added-value financial consulting and strategic advice to senior management, supporting ‘optimal’ business decision making. manage 6 resources, part in the Corporate, part in the Italian subsidiaries and will have to work closely with the CFOs of the Countries in Spain and Brazil.   Required skills:   7/8 years of progressive responsible experience in Controlling of a large corporation; A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration; Financial, but also business and commercial minded, partnering-up with other functions outside finance, almost like a consultant does. Pro-active, pragmatic, creative, externally focused and future oriented; Strong analytical insights and modeling skills, at ease with business cases, large databases, processes & systems; Experience in Business Intelligence and reporting Highest standards of accuracy, pertinence, precision and rigorous; Self-control in a time sensitive environment & pressure; IT proficiency; Fluency in English.   Our Client: International Company leading in its sector.   Location: Milano   Rif: FC     Intermedia Selection, società leader in Italia nella ricerca e selezione di professional e middle management, è presente in Italia con più di 35 consulenti tra gli uffici di Milano, Roma.
