Le piastre sono fatte in "Gloss titanium ceramic", uno dei migliori materiali per questo tipo di apparecchi perché consentono una distribuzione del calore uniforme che evita ai capelli di rovinarsi troppo a causa dello stress termico. La piastra è anche dotata di quella che è definita "Active plates technology", il che significa che le piastre si adattano automaticamente alla ciocca di capelli che inserite all'interno, per stirarla in maniera ottimale con una sola passata.
