Pendragon Difficile reperibilità NUOVO Piuttosto che come ricomposizione dei fenomeni, come ricollocazione di ciò che è semplicemente fuori posto, l'idea di giustizia in Benjamin altro non è che la sospensione incessante tra archeologia ed escatologia, tra restaurazione dell'origine e redenzione messianica. Sembra esser questa la tesi principale sostenuta da Fabrizio Desideri nei diversi saggi che compongono il suo ultimo libro. Ripensare in maniera più radicale il rapporto tra escatologia e origine, cercare di immaginare una sorta di escatologia senza scopo finale, senza redenzione: l'idea di giustizia benjaminiana come soglia, secondo Desideri, è proprio questa. Giustizia come luogo dove il nulla è in connessione con l'essere. Luogo di un'originaria relazione all'alterità. Ma il paradosso è ineludibile, poiché il luogo di questa relazione all'alterità è l'origine stessa. Allora, restaurare l'origine, restituire ordine a ciò che ordine non ha più, vorrà dire ricondurre le creature e il mondo intero al loro nulla. Lontanissimo da Heidegger, vicinissimo invece a Rosenzweig e Levinas, Benjamin pensa la relazione etica all'alterità oltre ogni diritto e ogni nomos: la vera critica della violenza sta appunto nella capacità di ospitare l'estraneo, di tradurre e di tradursi. - per questo che l'idea di giustizia si trova a essere sempre in bilico, in continua tensione con la storia fino al punto da decretarne la fine. Mentre il diritto, viceversa, attraverso l'artificio della violenza normativa, riconduce i contendenti al mitico equilibrio dei rapporti giuridici.
